Terms of Service
Last updated August 4, 2026
These terms govern your use of Fieldhouse Connection. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them. If you are accepting on behalf of an organization, you confirm you are authorized to do so.
What the service is
Fieldhouse Connection provides software for youth sports organizations: registration, dues and invoicing, scheduling, rosters, and team communication. We provide the tools. Your organization decides how to run its programs, what to charge, and who may participate.
Accounts
You are responsible for what happens under your account and for keeping your password private. Accounts are for adults. Children under 13 are never issued logins; athletes 13 and older may be given access only by their guardian. Do not share an account between people — invite them instead, so each person's access matches their role.
Payments and fees
- Payments are processed by Stripe and are subject to Stripe's terms. Money for registrations and dues goes to the organization's own connected Stripe account, not to us.
- Fieldhouse Connection charges a platform fee of 1% of the organization's list price, plus Stripe's own processing fee. Whether the family or the organization absorbs those fees is the organization's choice, and the split is shown on every checkout.
- Refunds, cancellations, credits, and payment disputes between a family and an organization are the organization's to resolve. We provide the tools to issue refunds; we are not a party to that relationship.
- Organizations are responsible for their own taxes, and for any registration, licensing, insurance, or safety requirements that apply to their programs.
Your data
Your organization's data belongs to your organization. We store and protect it and act on your instructions; we do not sell it. You can export your records and you can delete your account. How we handle personal information is described in our Privacy Policy, which is part of these terms.
Acceptable use
Do not use Fieldhouse Connection to harass anyone, to collect information about children without their guardian's consent, to break the law, or to attempt to reach data your role does not entitle you to. We may suspend accounts that do, particularly where a child's safety is involved.
Screening and verification
Fieldhouse Connection does not perform background checks and does not verify the credentials, training, or fitness of any coach, volunteer, trainer, or official. Where the product records that screening has occurred, it is recording an organization's own attestation. Deciding who may work with children — and verifying it — is the organization's responsibility.
Availability and changes
We work to keep the service running and secure, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may add, change, or retire features. If we make a change that materially reduces what an organization relies on, we will give reasonable notice.
Liability
The service is provided “as is.” To the extent the law allows, Fieldhouse Connection is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the platform fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
Ending the agreement
You may stop using the service at any time and delete your account. We may suspend or end an account that violates these terms. On termination you can export your data; we then delete it, except records we must retain for financial or legal reasons.
